There was a email discussion that lasted several weeks as we tried to agree on a time and place. Several people began to get annoyed, but then:

Thank you. That is the date closest to equinox,
(it is equinox council), some happy hippie says it was
the original consensus, and it is good to
go for the hosts. Can I assume that we are
still talking about Saugerties so that only
the location has changed by a few score
kilometers?
If it is good to go, I am going to put the
date and city on the web page at
http://www.nerflings.org
unless somebody objects quite soon.
(And may do it anyway if the objection
is not serious.)
