(June) Where is the July National Gathering?

In Ozarks. First choice Oklahoma but Arkansas and Missouri also in mix.

Spring Council Update June 18th at 11 AM Central Time.

Please be patient as the folks at spring council try to find a gathering site. They have been dealing with very dangerous storm conditions in addition to challenges finding a site on and off over a number of days. Trying to balance water, parking, and the concerns of indigenous communities is not easy. Folks are revisiting sites to see what can be made to work with some Rainbow ingenuity. If you are in the area, stop by the council site and find out how you can help. Maybe folks need some more green energy, maybe they need their laundry done, maybe some hot pizza would lift spirits.

There are no directions. Apparently one person has been blocking concensus. I have seen no feedback as to what the person's issue is. Could it be that that person is a troll with the objective of creating havoc?

There is now a discussion of making the decision a concensus minus one decision.

It is clear that the blocker does not understand or does not care how the concensus process is supposed to work

1. Object
2. State concerns
3. Open up concerns to community and have discussion
4. Issues are discussed.
5. This often leads to a modification of the original proposal
6. Concensus called for on new proposal.
7. If, after further discussion, the same person continues to object, it is expected that this objecter leaves the circle out of respect for the community.

Correct. Copy and send. This is the same site used for the 1996 gathering. It has a really nice meadow and lots of great parking. If flying, consider Memphis which might be best option. There is also an airport in Springfield, Missouri
