Product Retirement Notification
Discontinuation of Services in Select Central Offices
Effective September 26, 2023

This letter is to inform you that GTT will be decommissioning a select number of facilities and discontinuing all access services into them, effective September 26, 2023. Below is a list of your circuit(s) that will be affected by the decommissioning of these facilities.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that your satisfaction is very important to us. GTT is committed to providing you with a robust, reliable nationwide portfolio of data connectivity services.

Please note, if your pending disconnects are not completed by the deadline date, unfortunately, the circuits will be impacted as of September 26, 2023.

In the event the LEC provides a separate End of Life notice with a decommissioning date that is earlier than the date set forth on GTT’s End of Life notice, the earlier date shall control.

In the event that GTT has provided you with GTT’s LOA/CFA, please be advised of the following to decommission each circuit. To remove the decommissioned circuits fully from your monthly bill, you must directly disconnect with the LEC each associated LOA/CFA and provide GTT with the LEC DFOC Order number and date. Until you complete this disconnection and provide GTT with the required disconnection information, you will continue to be responsible for any associated charges.

If your services identified with this letter are currently under a service term (whether through a new order, an automatic renewal, or otherwise), this End of Life and service discontinuance notice supersedes any natural expiration date of the service term for such in-term services.
