What happened at previous councils?

On the land in Granville Vermont on Saturday, 2008-08-02 a council circle met and reached consensus by silence that there will be two more council circles this year:

A couple dozen people met at Red Mill Brook. There were no consensus items. This was mostly a chance for people to exchange words and objects that were left over from the regional gathering in Granville. Consensus of Thanksgiving Council was to have another council on the weekend of the Vernal Equinox.
